On March 8th UIEMS will be hosting a blood drive at the CRWC from 11am to 3pm. Mark your calendars and if you are interested in volunteering to help hand out refreshments, contact Beth Buehrer at asst-training@uiems.org. If you would like to donate, or recruit friends to donate, please send them this link. Our March general membership meeting of the Joint Emergency Communication Center (JECC) for Johnson County is coming up on March 8th. We will be meeting at the DPS at 7pm and travel by bus to the JECC. If you are planning on attending the meeting, register for the event on the website. 

Anyone who is interested in being a UIEMS supervisor should hand in their application at the member meeting or email your application to compliance@uiems.org before March 8th. Supervisor position descriptions as well as applications are available when you are logged into the website at:

All UIEMS members can still sign up for UIHC ETC Shadowing and JCAS ride time on our website. We are also allowing members to sign up for multiple events so if you want to shadow more than once in a weekend feel free to sign up for any available slots.
