Who Can Join:
The University of Iowa Emergency Medical Services Student Interest Organization is open to all students, regardless of level or area of study, who want to learn more about and practice Emergency Medicine. If you’re thinking about a career involving medicine, UI EMS SIO, will be a great opportunity for you to further your knowledge and hone your focus on what field you may be interested in!

How to Join:
Joining The University of Iowa Emergency Medical Services Student Interest Organization is relatively simple. All members are required to pay dues each semester, as well as update their records with UI EMS SIO operations department. Those that may be active as trainers, instructors, or Supervisors are required to purchase and own the UI EMS SIO Uniform before entering any public situation in an official presence.
